1/4oz Yellow chartreuse 
Bar spoon Cynar
3 dashes of Orange bitters
Orange twist garnish
Build and serve on the rocks

Rum Manhattan

2oz Overproof Rum
1oz Sweet vermouth (blend of Antica Formula and Cocchi Torino)
3 dashes of Angostura bitters
Boozy cherry garnish
Stir and serve up

Freshen up

1 1.2oz Deadshot Over Proof rum
1oz Fresh Lime juice 
3/4oz Sugar syrup (1:1)
fresh mint
4 dashes of Absinthe
Garnish with a mint sprig
Short shake the ingredients, serve tall and top with soda
